The handling of personal data is a sensitive issue. I am aware of the responsibility associated with this and the protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations. In this privacy policy, I inform you about data processing in the context of my website at www.mariosmedia.de.

  1. Data processing

2.1 Informational use of this website
I do not collect any personal data when you use the website for information purposes only, with the exception of the data that your browser transmits to enable you to visit the website. These are

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the enquiry
  • Time zone difference
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred in each case
  • Website from which the request comes
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software.

This data is stored in the form of log files for 7 days in order to be able to analyse and rectify any technical problems. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. Due to the nature of the Internet, this data is inevitably processed on a large number of servers until your enquiry arrives on my web server; therefore, it may also be collected and used in ‘third countries’ (e.g. the USA). My company has no influence on this process. Apart from these technical constraints, the provider of this website does not transfer any personal data to countries outside the scope of the EU General Data Protection Regulation or without an adequate level of data protection.

In addition to the purely informational use of this website, I offer various services that you can use if you are interested. To do so, you must generally provide additional personal data that will be used to provide the respective service. If additional voluntary information is possible, it is labelled accordingly.

I do not pass on your data to third parties or third countries/third states.

2.2 Contact form

If you contact me using the form on the website or by e-mail, the following data will be stored: Your first and last name, your company name, your e-mail address, the content of your message and files that you may have uploaded or attached to answer your questions.

Your message will be sent by e-mail via the mail server of the company ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf. I have concluded an order processing contract with my partner in order to be able to guarantee a very high level of data protection here too.

If you use the contact form to obtain information about the services I offer, I base the processing of your personal data for this purpose on Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR (for the fulfilment of a contract).

In all other cases, I have a legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR, because the data is processed in order to answer user enquiries received via the contact form.

2.3 Forwarding to third parties

I only use your data within the scope of the consent given. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil the contractual relationship with you or to provide the services you have selected or unless there is a legal or official obligation to do so.

I use a hosting service provider to operate the website. This results in data transmission and processing by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

The technical provision of the website is carried out by my partner, the company ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. All data processed through the use of my website is stored on the servers of ALL-INKL.COM and thus processed on my behalf. In order to guarantee a very high level of data protection, I have concluded an order processing contract with ALL-INKL.COM, which regulates compliance with all data protection regulations and prohibits the transfer of data to third parties.

  1. Cookies

This website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are used to make my website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

A distinction is made between so-called transient cookies (temporary use) and persistent cookies (time-limited use). Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies in particular. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognised when you return to the website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. However, this only applies if you never visit my website again. This is because every time you visit my website, the deletion period for persistent cookies is reset and starts again from the beginning. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.

You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser or delete stored cookies, but this may result in limited functionality, delays or the unusability of certain parts of the website.

  1. Analysis services

4.1 Use of Matomo

In order to be able to analyse the usage behaviour of visitors to this website, I use on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. Matomo (formerly Piwik). Matomo is a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 7 Waterloo Quay PO625, 6140 Wellington, New Zealand. The information collected with Matomo about the use of this website is not passed on to third parties.

The version used on this website does not use tracking cookies and the last six digits of IP addresses are anonymised before analysing user behaviour. This means that it is no longer possible to draw conclusions about the user's personal data.

If you do not agree to the anonymised recording of your visits to this website, you can object to this by clicking on the checkbox in the following paragraph.
As a result, an opt-out cookie is set in your browser and Matomo does not store or use any session data.
Please note that this must be reactivated if you delete the cookies in your browser.

You have the option of preventing the actions you take here from being analysed and linked. This will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and improving usability for you and other users.

6.1 Google Fonts This site uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a clear and appealing presentation of my services on this website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.

The use of Google Fonts is not monitored. No cookies are sent to the Google Fonts API by website visitors. Requests to the Google Fonts API are made to resource-specific domains such as fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com . Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faqand in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

  1. Standard deadlines for the erasure and blocking of personal data

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose of storage or if this is required or provided for by law. If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by law expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

  1. Automated decision making

Profiling is the creation of personality, behavioural or movement profiles by collecting and evaluating data that results in a model overall picture of an individual personality based on algorithms. As a responsible company, I do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

  1. Data security

I maintain up-to-date technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processing, in particular to protect your personal data from risks during data transfers and from third parties gaining knowledge of it. These are adapted to the current state of the art, the need to protect personal data and the risks to your rights and freedoms.
